Refund policy
Unless specifically 'noted' in the product description, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition. Items purchased with store credit or a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges and encouraged to ship using a trackable service. If there was a mistake on the part of hatched, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original item/s separately.
Please know that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
